  • Locate the message you want to flag by clicking on the Direct Message conversation.
  • Select “report@username” from the information icon.
  • If you choose, Twitter will ask you for more details about the problem you’re reporting if it’s abusive or harmful. Twitter may also prompt you to select more messages from the account you are reporting so that it can examine your report in greater detail.
