How to Report a Tweet?
- Navigate to the Tweet you’d like to report.
- At the top of the Tweet, tap the dotted icon.
- Choose Report Tweet.
- Twitter will ask you for more details about the problem you’re reporting if you choose It’s abusive or harmful. In order to evaluate your report more thoroughly, we might also ask you to choose a few more Tweets from the account you’re reporting.

How To Report an Individual Direct Message?
For using Twitter on the Desktop
- Locate the message you want to flag by clicking on the Direct Message conversation.
- Select “report@username” from the information icon.
- If you choose, Twitter will ask you for more details about the problem you’re reporting if it’s abusive or harmful. Twitter may also prompt you to select more messages from the account you are reporting so that it can examine your report in greater detail.
